Meet Beverly Bohan

Haute Design (and now Haute Objects!) Founder and Owner Beverly Bohan was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. Attending Georgia State University majoring in interior design with a minor in art, Beverly has had a passion for design her entire life.  Starting her own company 38 years ago, her experience extends far beyond the Lowcountry.  Along with the new and historic homes, hotels and buildings in Charleston, Kiawah, Sullivans Island and Isle of Palms, Beverly has also designed vacation homes and primary homes in California, New York, Florida, Connecticut, and New Jersey.

Beverly has been an active member of the Sullivan's Island Design Review Board for over 8 years.  She has served as chair of this historic preservation board for 3 years, working on many historic commercial hotels, buildings and residences in downtown Charleston and the surrounding islands.
Beverly embraces all design projects with her passion and her inventive eye, whether by simply refreshing a client's look or creating custom designs and furnishings. The ability to design clean, simple, timeless spaces that honor the client's taste and lifestyle continues to distinguish the Haute Design brand.
